Born into a family of property developers, I understand the importance of working within a strict budget while still delivering exceptional results. In a recent project, I focused on creatively repurposing existing furniture, case goods, and headboards to maximize cost-effectiveness without compromising on style and quality.

To give the dated rooms a fresh and modern touch, I re-stained the furniture and headboards to create a cohesive look. The headboard was reupholstered in a blue suede fabric, which added a contemporary twist while maintaining the room’s regal atmosphere. I also selected an elegant wallpaper to adorn the walls, transforming the space into a luxurious haven.

When it came to the bathroom design, I created two sample options for the client to choose from. The first option featured a blue metro tile design, while the second showcased a white herringbone pattern. After careful consideration, the client selected the blue metro tile design due to the slight cost savings and ease of refurbishment.
Throughout the project, I maintained a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering the best possible results within the budget constraints. By repurposing existing furniture and thoughtfully selecting materials and finishes, I was able to create a modern space that met both the client’s aesthetic preferences and budgetary requirements.
