Working with Studio 11 involved creating a modern, biophilic office space that inspires creativity, productivity, and well-being among employees. The concept was focused on incorporating elements of nature and the outdoors into the workspace, bringing in natural light, greenery, and natural textures to create a more inviting and peaceful atmosphere.

The challenge was to maintain the creative concept while also value engineering the project to save costs. The team worked closely together to prioritize essential design elements and find cost-effective alternatives where possible, without compromising on the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.

The final design included a variety of natural materials and colours, such as wood, stone, and plant life, to create a biophilic atmosphere. The office also featured an abundance of natural light and greenery, with large windows and living walls that provide a sense of connection to the outdoors.
